Exchange and Return Policy:
To exchange or return an item purchased on Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com, bring or mail the item to Triacinter Corporate office. Please follow these guidelines:
30 days exchange for defective units,
• Please call Triacinter LLC before sending or returning the unit
• Products must be received back in original packing with all accessories
• Must be “like New” condition (no damage).
• Some equipment require tech support calls before you return a defective unit
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Open Box Items,
• Labor, delivery and/or installation services
• Consumable items such as cable, connectors and batteries
• Items that are damaged or abused
• Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords and cables
• Opened computer software, can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund
• Special Order or non-stock units
Units damaged during shipment
• Inspect the shipment as soon as it arrive
• If there any damage, refuse it.
Restocking Fee
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned used products.
Refund Method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment. However, when the item was purchased with cash or with a debit card without a major credit card logo for more than $500, or with a check for more than $250 the refund will be in the form of a check mailed to you within 10 business days. If the item was purchased using debit and the debit card has a major credit card logo, refunds under $250 will be issued as cash; refunds over $250 will be credited back to the card.
Triacinter Discretion
Triacinter LLC reserves the right to deny any return.
Some tests may use a different set of policies. When a different policy is in effect, you will be informed of those differences prior to purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We offer a rock solid 2 year warranty on some of our products we sell. On most others they carry a 1 year warranty (Please inquire within).
If you have any problems with a product you have purchased from Triacinter LLC or ismart360.com, please contact our technical support staff before deciding to return the product at (407) 201-4721. If we can't find a solution, we will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA Number.
Read Return Policy
Limitation of Liability: Triacinter LLC, ismart.com, will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com.
The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as result of:
1. Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.
2. Misuse, neglect or improper environment.
3. Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options/parts by anyone other than a Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com.
4. Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges or other irregularities.
Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Policy: Due to liability and legal issues, Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com is unable to assist in the areas of networking, firewall and/or anything outside the performance of the actual DVR purchased from Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com.
In the moment the DVR is being returned for repair, all Hard Drives are under risk of having their data deleted or re-formatted. All data will be lost. It is advised that all DVR data must be backed up in a secondary source before being sent in for repair.

Extended Warranty Plans
Extended warranties are the way to go to ensure a financially effective peace of mind CCTV system. This is not an insurance policy. This agreement will only cover a manufacturer's defect during normal use and begins after the manufacturer's warranty ends.
Triacinter LLC, ismart360.com provides options such as an additional 2 years extended product warranty on most items.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, OR LOST DATA RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICE OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE.
The total amount we pay for repairs or replacement made in connection with all claims that you make pursuant to this Service Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the product, less taxes. In the event that we make payments for repairs, which in the aggregate, are equal to the purchase price or replace the product with a new product of equal or similar features and functionality, we will have no further obligations under this service agreement.
